Field Sales Manager in MASCOT, New South Wales for sale

 Ensuring the achievement of set Home Care & SDA sales and profit targets in retail sales channels. Lead and develop the Home Care & SDA national field sales team. Ensure uniform execution of retail trade investments such as displays, training.Management of Financial Targets – 25% Manage the achievement of national retail sales and financial targets. Lead SAMs (Senior Account Managers) in developing key accounts in each state to meet product ranging and financial targets. Develop new account opportunities to achieve the sales and financial targetsLeadership and People Management – 35% Working with General Manager and Key Account Managers define retail sales & distribution objectives and including territory and account priorities for SAMs. Manage, coach and develop SAMs to improve job performance & efficiency, relationships and results. Ensure clear sales, distribution & training goals are set and regular follow up is provided for SAMs in accordance with National sales strategies. Ensure Electrolux values, procedures and guidelines are understood and manifest in all activities.Train and Educate – 20% Work with SAMs to review call cycles and customer priorities in line with COMEX targets. Ensure field team have in-depth knowledge and understanding of Electrolux products, value propositions, and training techinques. Train field team on category selling techniques, and account relationship management best practices.  Ensure field team have orgnaised training schedules with key accounts. Participate in regular sales training sessions to set strategies and determine business plans relating to assigned products or customers.Field Activity Implementation – 10% Set clear standard for in-store activities on a national level and lead SAMs to execute including:  Ensure product displays and POS materials are maintained to meet best in class standards. Ensure that sales & marketing promotions are executed effectively and in line with Electrolux brand guidelines & standards. Ensure that sales and marketing initiatives comply with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards. Drive the Electrolux brand through outstanding customer service.Communication Management – 10% Provide detailed sales reports to the General Manager and National Account Managers. Prepare and participate in National strategy meetings for Home Care & SDA and ensure field team is briefed on the Home Care & SDA business performance. Manage and facilitate the flow of communication from customers, major accounts and Home Care & SDA Account Managers up to General Manager and National Account Managers. Ensure complaints are followed up and that satisfactory solutions are obtained for both the customer and the company. Maintain and foster relationships through all Electrolux divisions to ensure collaboration and cooperation in order to leverage the scale and expertise across all business functions.Other Ability to work flexible work hours, including evening and weekend work. Ability to undertake short regional stays. Designated sales territory (subject to change, which may be local and/or regional).  Coaching and Leadership Skills. Analytical Skills. Ability to communicate and network effectively. Ability to successfully persuade and influence others. Ability to relate to people at all levels in a confident and relaxed manner. Ability to manage conflict and to ensure problems are resolved efficiently and effectively. Ability to communicate (both verbal and written) clearly and fluently. Ability to make presentations with confidence. Ability to adapt interpersonal style and presentations to suit the audience.  Ability to deal with ambiguity and to make positive use of the opportunities it presents. High level of planning skills. Good organisational and time management skills. Ability to work within a team and autonomously.  Ability to keep up to date with competitor information and market trends.  Ability to identify business opportunities for EHP.  Ability to work as a member of a close knit team and unsupervised. Driver’s Licence. Experience in floor care category highly regarded. Ideally 3 + years sales experience in electrical goods industry. Tertiary Qualifications in Business or similar will be highly regarded.  PC literate (minimum int.
