National Sales Manager in MASCOT, New South Wales for sale

The management and development of the AEG business within EHP, this includes: Development and execution of Annual Business Plans Timely and effective execution of demand generation activities Creation of value adding relationships that deliver strategic competitive advantage to AEG Achievement of financial targets including financial sales and profitability Achievement of market share objectives  Driving both sales and profit growth with the AEG Group. Activities include: Execution of product core range program Execution of product merchandising standards. Planning and execution of promotional activity, including retailer catalogues Planning and execution of Retailer floor staff alignment programs including training  Communication with both customers and AEG field sales staff. Activities include: Development and communication of monthly activities for the AEG field sales team Clear and timely communication to customers at all organisational levels, of AEG sales generation activities, and customer performance against targets Active face to face management of stakeholders across all AEG sales channels Analysis and administrative tasks. These tasks include: Administration of pricing input Analysis of available date, including internal sales data, GFK and Informark to identify business performance issues and opportunities  Well developed communication skills, both written and verbal Customer orientation, a desire to identify and meet the needs of your customers Analytical and number orientated Business planning and budget development  An ability to work autonomously Exceptional problem solving skills Effective time management skills Proven negotiator who can initiate and maintain relationships at senior levels A proven ability to manage and build customer relationships at all organisational levels Sound business acumen. Aptitude for analytical work. Whitegoods, brown goods, small consumer durables or FMCG experience. Understanding of the Trade Practices Act GFK/CMS, JDE and Cognos knowledge Experience in a dynamic service solutions environment is essential Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance or Marketing or the equivalent workplace experience highly regarded Electrolux is a global leader in home appliances, based on deep consumer insight and developed in close collaboration with professional users.
