Territory Manager, Neuromodulation, WA Job in MASCOT, New South Wales for sale

Title: Territory Manager, NMD Reports To: Regional Sales Manager, NMD Location: Perth of The core objective of this is to support the Neuromodulation division in achieving sales targets, goals and objectives of the ddivision: to aid the achievement of customer satisfaction and business growth through focused business planning; and to support customers with clinical expertise to enable optimal patient outcomes. Main Accountabilities: Develop and execute territory plans to deliver on annual revenue commitment’s and build a sustainable business over the longer term. Build strong relationships with existing customers and drive new business in the assigned territory. Plan and develop the market for our existing and new products in line with divisional goals and objectives. Provide day-to-day field clinical support, which includes patient interactions, patient education, programming of Boston devices and patient follow up, plus technical/application and education support, site management, coordination and in-service training for the Precision Neuromodulation clinical programs. Promote clinical programs through education of current and new investigators by providing clinical strategy and case support in order to achieve company objectives. Successfully complete formal Neuromodulation training program, apply these skills in the field and maintain high level of technical and market knowledge on an ongoing basis. Work with the broader Neuromodulation team both locally and internationally to identify training, research and engagement opportunities for new and existing customers. Manage new and existing patient care pathways as it pertains to the Boston neuromodulation devices. Established contact person for hospital management, purchasing department and hospital staff as it relates to BSC's Neuromodulation business. Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required to promote Boston Scientific products and services. Complete market analysis and regular reporting as required. To be available to support the broader ANZ NMD business on an as-needs basis. Maintain all company assets, including assigned inventory, in good order and in accordance with BSC audit and process requirements.
