Double bed room near station and buses with nice view in MASCOT, New South Wales for sale

Hi! I'm looking for someone to share this apartment for 6 months with possibility of extending it indefinitely.
Here:
- Modern apartment with large living room, fully equiped kitchenk and spacious balcony
- Very near Mascot station and buses to Bondi and other places
- Super fast NBN illimited internet
- Great view from window and balcony
- Your own bathroom
- Furnished: queen bed, built in wardrobe, desk and chair
- Not for parties
- Secured garage
- Airplanes noise are not an issue
- Central air con and heater (not to be used all the time)
Me:
Professional in it's 30's working full time. I'm friendly, respectful, responsible, quiet. I take my profession seriously and like what I do, so I often spend some time at home working by myself so I need my time and space and I can be quite reserved. Don't take me wrong, I can be fun as well and enjoy having a wine or beer occasionally, specially weekends, but I'm not very outgoing so you're not going to expect someone to share meals or have long conversations. If we happen to get along very well then great, it's a bonus. Otherwise, no dramas! =) I'm from South America and I'm not vegetarian.
You:
- Very organised, clean and tidy and help to keep the place like this. We can hire a cleaner to come once in a while but you must know how to look after yourself in a daily basis which means: properly cleaning your dishes, not living it dirty for too long, not droping and living food on the floor, not dirtying handles with greasy hands, helping to keep the stove clean, helping to take the rubbish out etc.
- Very quiet during sleeping times since the rooms are next to each other and any little noise can be easily and loudly heard e.g. mobile conversations etc
- Responsible, reasonable and respectful. Take care of the apartment and its appliances as if it was yours, not sloppy throwing remote controls on the table or slamming the cabinet/fridge doors, or damaging the kitchen appliances, making dirty marks on the walls etc.
- Student or professional that doesn't spend the whole day in the apartment
- Can bring friends once in a while
- Don't cook everyday
- You can smoke in the balcony
- Easy to talk to
- Not too proud, too religious, intolerant, racist, sexist etc.
Price:
- Rent: $280 per week. Bills are not included but they are not expensive. Water heater and stove are gas and water is included.
- $500 bond
- 2 weeks paid in advance and then rent is paid weekly
